Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore
Indian Institute of Technology Indore located in Madhya Pradesh, known as IIT Indore or IITI, is an institute of national importance established by the Government of India in 2009.
It is one of the eight new IITs, started by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (India), Government of India. The institution started functioning from 2009-10 in a temporary campus at Institute of Engineering and Technology of Devi Ahilyabai University under mentorship of IIT Bombay.

The GATE requirement is waived for B.Tech. graduates from IITs with an overall CGPA more than 7.0 on 10 point.

Points to be Noted for Admission in IIT Indore

AMIE degree holders are eligible to apply to any of the programmes at IIT Indore.

All the candidates with BE/B.Tech in Engineering disciplines need to have a valid GATE score for any of the M.Tech course.

Candidates having two years of relevant work experience are waived from requirement of GATE score provided their candidature is sponsored by the employer. They are not eligible for award of Teaching/Research Assistantship.

Those students who are in the final year of their qualifying examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply. However, they should have completed all the requirements for the award of their qualifying degree.
