PSPCL Profile
Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) was a statutory body formed on 1-2-1959 under the Electricity Supply Act.1948. Subsequently with the re-organization of the erstwhile State of Punjab under the Punjab Re-organization Act 1966 this form came into existence w.e.f. 1st May, 1967.

Selection Procedure In PSPCL
Step-1: The eligible candidate is required to appear in GATE-2015 Exam.
Step-2: Students with valid GATE SCORE CARD will call for further selection Procedure.

- A separate registration will be required for BPCL on their website www.pspcl.in
- A valid GATE-2015 Registration number will be required to register with PSPCL.

General instruction for PSPCL
- Knowledge of Punjabi Language is mandatory.
- For all posts, candidate must have passed Punjabi at least upto metric/10th standard upto the last date of receipt of applications.
- Admit Card with Overwriting will lead to cancelation in student registration.
- Candidate must keep their admit card and registration slip before final selection/result.
- Candidate must have essential qualification as mentioned in the above table.
- Final year students are eligible to apply for PSPCL but they must bring their final degree certificate at the time of interview.
- Any candidate submitted false/incorrect information shall be rejected at any stage of selection process.
